     Register early to guarantee your spot! - DEADLINE is TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16th 

REVISION
Thank you all for being patient as we work through how to navigate all of the new rules and safety measures. As we are getting closer to the season starting, we are now allowed to accept registration fees.

Our registration fees will be as follows with NO gate fees required for 3-on-3 games: 

Head Start Program 
(ages 3-4 yrs): 
   
$150 for 1 hr x 15 weeks (Saturdays) Start date unknown....more information
All other ages U7-U21: 
(see "Division Name Changes for Next Season" article for division ages)
   1st child - $550 
   2nd Child - $500 
   3rd Child & beyond - $400
 
                                                                                                  

*No Late Fee this season, but please register as early as possible for us to be able to decide team numbers in September.


*For COVID-19 reasons, at the moment we can only have 9 skaters and a goalie on a team. A player may be put on a waiting list if their division has numbers above the maximum, however we will make every effort for every player to be able to play! 


-Registration fee includes one team and one individual photo per player (Head Start not included).
-Registration fees can be reduced by $100 each time you volunteer your time in the Concession Booth for 6 x 3-4 hour shifts.
*We are unsure what hours the booth will be open at this point. You can sign-up for this when registering or by contacting Katherine at [email protected] After completing all Booth Duties, this credit will be reimbursed to you at the end of the season..
-Refund Policy - If at any time COVID-19 returns and we have to cease all hockey, refunds will be processed based on the date.
All other refunds will be processed as per our current policy and subject to a $20 Administration fee.

We recognize that some families have a need for financial assistance. Canadian Tire Jumpstart is one organization that is available to provide that assistance. If you need to access this program prior to registration, please email our Registrar at [email protected].


If you have already registered, the next step is to forward your registration fee.

Starting September 8th the following options for full or installment payments will be available:

1. Visa - contact our Registrar with your visa card information.

2. send an E-transfer AND include each Player's Name(s) in the comments box to [email protected]

3. Cash/Cheque - we will have an area set-up at the first ice time - watch for further information on the location, etc.

If registering online after September 7th, your full or installment payments can be made online when registering by the following options:. 

1. Visa - select "Credit Card" at Payment Method question and follow instructions.

2. E-transfer - select "E-transfer" at Payment Method question. Then send an E-transfer AND include each Player's Name(s) in the comments box to [email protected]

3. Cash/Cheque - select "Other" at Payment Method question. We will have an area set-up at the first ice time - watch for further information on the location, etc.


 If you haven't already registered, please register online as per steps below:                                 

To Register:

1. Respect In Sport - At least one parent or guardian of each player registered is required by the OMHA to complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program prior to completing the online registration (you only have to complete this course/program once. If you have completed this course previously, the system will have your course completion information). See the General Information tab for more information.

2. Rowan's Law - 
Each player, parent of a minor, team official and on ice official must review the OHF Concussion Conduct and the appropriate Concussion Awareness Resource in order to register/participate. See the General Information tab for more information.

3. Once the two requirements above are completed, use the following link to access the Hockey Canada online registration:

The online payment requires a credit card. If you do not own a credit card you can purchase a single use credit card at many retail stores. Alternately, if you wish to pay via e-transfer you can select “Other” method of payment at Checkout and your registration will be saved with the payment outstanding. An email will be sent to you with further instructions for the e-transfer.

*New Registrants must provide a copy of their birth certificateThis can be done by uploading a copy into the online Documents tab when registering or by emailing a copy to our Registrar at [email protected].                                                                                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                                                                                
Online Registration Tips:                                                                                                                                                       

1. If you registered online last season, your Hockey Canada account remains the same. Your login account is your email address.  Many parents have multiple email accounts. Please try all email addresses you may have had in the previous year before setting up a new account. If your email address has changed, log in using last year’s email address. Once you’ve logged in you can update your email address under “My Account”.

2. Forgot your password? Enter your login address and then click on “Forgot your password”. Your password will be emailed to the email address that you used to login. If you have changed your email address and no longer have access to the email you are using to login please contact our Registrar [email protected] to reset your password.

3. If your child played registered ice hockey in any prior season, they are in the Hockey Canada system. To register your child, you will be required to enter the child’s first name, last name, birth date and gender. If your child’s name is not found, please try a number of variations, as your input must be an exact match to the Hockey Canada record.  
Common types of errors:
  a. Name variations:
      i.      Michael vs. Mike
      ii.     Middle Name used instead of legal first name (and vice versa)
      iii.    St. John vs. St John
      iv.    D’Agostino vs. Dagostino
      v.     McGregor vs. Mc Gregor
      vi.    A nickname has been included such as Andrew (AJ)
   b. Birth Date errors:
       i. Month and Day switched - If player’s birthday is in the first 12 days of the month, try switching the month and day (ie 03/08/1993 and 08/03/1993). Hockey Canada would not necessarily have detected this error at their end. Please contact our Registrar to correct this error AFTER you have completed your registration.
      ii. Wrong birth year - If the birth year is incorrect, and you find it by trial and error, do not register your child.  Doing so will register them for the wrong division. Please contact our Registrar immediately to  have it corrected PRIOR to registering.  We will forward the change request to the OMHA for adjustment, and will contact you when the change has been made. Once this is corrected, you will be able to register online.
If after trying the above, you are still unsuccessful, please contact the Registrar and we will attempt to determine the cause of the error. 

4. You must fill in all fields marked with the asterisk (*) before you can proceed to the next step.

5. Some Hockey Canada Registration System users have experienced a lock out error during the online payment portion, if a) the user takes too long entering their credit card information, or if b) the user hits cancel instead of submit.  In these cases, please wait one hour for the system to reset and try again.
