Coaching Certification Clinics (Cayuga Minor Hockey)

All coaching staff including Trainers and Assistant Coaches must have current certification (see OMHA link below for clinic dates & locations).  In many cases, refresher clinics are also required.
Please check the expiry date of your certification. Cayuga Minor Hockey provides financial assistance for most clinics.
NEW for 2019-2020 Season:
Coaches, Trainers and Managers must be 19 years of age or older.
Assistant Coaches must be 16 years of age or older.
All bench staff must be a minimum of 4 years older than the players they are coaching.

Questions regarding required certifications or eligibility for reimbursement of clinic registration fees can be directed to any of the following Board Members:

ALL BENCH STAFF are required to complete the online Gender Identity course (one time only) in addition to Coach Certifications.
Use the following link to the Hockey Canada ehockey site. From there, sign into your ehockey account (or you can create one if you've never signed up for a clinic) then take the Gender Identity course from there.
