Players attending Jr, AAA, AA or A Tryouts

All Cayuga Minor Hockey players who intend to tryout for Jr., or AAA require a Permission to Skate (PTS) form prior to stepping on the ice.

All Cayuga Minor Hockey players who intend to tryout for AA or A centre require a Non-Resident Passport (NRP) prior to stepping on the ice. Players must specify which level they are trying out for at the time this request is made (can only tryout for one level, not both). The registrar will determine which is your closest centre. NRP's are only available to players PeeWee age and above.
