November Team Spirit Challenge
Christmas is fast approaching! The annual Cayuga Christmas Parade is Friday Dec 1. This month, teams are to design and build a decoration with the theme “Canada 150” in mind and throw in some hockey flare! Include your team name somewhere on it. This will be used on the hockey float for the Parade.
Special thanks to our sponsor Grand River Heating and Cooling for supporting our efforts! To find out  more. . .

Maximum size restriction will be 3’ wide by 5’ tall or smaller. If they have lights, even better! It is a night parade and lights make it look great! Some lights are battery powered and  make placing the decoration on the float, easier but there will be a generator on board if needed.

Due date for the decoration is Monday November 27th. The float will be assembled at Rob & Julia Sutor’s home 2050 Haldimand Road 17, Cayuga. Decorations can be delivered there. Any help to put the float together will be appreciated! The winner will be determined by the sponsor the night of the parade.

Come out and participate in the Cayuga Christmas Parade Friday Dec 1 @ 5:30 p.m.  Parade to start at 6:00 p.m. The younger players will ride on the float and the older ones will walk with our Cayuga Minor Hockey banner or beside the float. The route is a nice short one but dress warm and wear any festive clothing and hats you may have!

The parade starts at the Cayuga Administration Building parking lot travels down to the Village Green area and back to the start. Parents are always encouraged to walk with us to ensure everyone is safe.
It is a fun night for all!

Special thanks to our sponsor for providing the winning team with an hour of ice & refreshments!
